Farrah AlkhatibFarrah is a current pre-med honors student at the University of South Florida. Striving for the psychiatric field, she’s seeking a concurrent degree with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In her time at USF, Farrah has done her best to immerse herself in patient interaction by volunteering at Moffit Cancer Center and shadowing at AdventHealth.
Currently, she’s one of the student visitors at McLean Hospital who hopes to immerse herself in the discovery aspect of medicine to help those in need. Farrah employs aspects from her professional experiences to help contribute in finding novel methods of treatment with the utilization of technology in the Technology and Aging Lab at McLean. |
